Return Policy

 

 Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise

Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES] is providing shipment) may be returned to [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES] for full credit, but only upon verification by [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES] of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES]. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.

Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise

Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES]in its sole discretion under the following conditions:

Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES]. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.

Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES]. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES]merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.

Merchandise classified by [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES] as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.

Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.

Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.

Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES], for any good merchandise return or exchanges.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by [E Z AUTO ACCESSORIES].

Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.

Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.

 

New Items NOT Returnable:

Special Order parts are NOT returnable. Exceptions may allow us to accept items for return but usually have a 50% re storage fee deduction, instead of restocking fee. Books and manuals are NOT returnable unless unopened in the original packaging. Parts, which have been installed, plugged-in, or marked in any manner, are NOT returnable. Electrical parts are NOT returnable. Tools are NOT returnable. Items not purchased from us & all parts purchased over 90 days are not returnable.

New and Re manufactured Parts Returns.

New parts and Re manufactured parts carry a 30-day return policy from invoice date and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. After 30 days, a 25% restocking charge is charged. The 25% restocking charge may be reduced to 20% if the customer agrees to accept Store Credit in lieu of a refund. No returns of parts purchased after 90 days. All returned parts must be in salable condition and in their original boxes. Dirty and greasy boxes are not returnable. Special order parts are not returnable. Parts that have been installed, plugged in or marked in any manner are not acceptable for return. Electrical parts are not returnable.
