6.Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from [E Z Auto Accessories]within seven (7) working days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to [E Z Auto Accessories] no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
7.Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (but only where [E Z Auto Accessories] is providing shipment) may be returned to [E Z Auto Accessories]for full credit, but only upon verification by [E Z Auto Accessories] of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by [E Z Auto Accessories]. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company.
8.Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
· Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by [E Z Auto Accessories]in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
· Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from [E Z Auto Accessories]. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
· Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your [E Z Auto Accessories]. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that [E Z Auto Accessories]merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
· Merchandise classified by [E Z Auto Accessories] as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
· Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
· Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
· Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by [E Z Auto Accessories], for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
· Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by [E Z Auto Accessories].
· Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
· Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
9.User and Member Information
[E Z Auto Accessories]owns any information you provide through your use of the website, including any information regarding your use of the Internet and the website. Subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, [E Z Auto Accessories]reserves the right to reproduce and use such information for its own marketing or other purposes. Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserves the right, without prior notification to limit the order quantity on any item and / or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Sales Policies General
We ship domestically via USPS and FedEx; and worldwide via FedEx and USPS. All shipping charges displayed on our Website or quoted on the phone are estimated. Actual charges cannot be determined until the full order is packed and weighed. The purchaser will be billed shipping charges of the carriers specified rate plus any shipping and handling necessary to prepare the order for shipment and not at the estimated cost. In-stock orders must be received by 3:00 P.M. Central Time to be processed and shipped the same day. If we are temporarily out of stock of an item, the entire shipment may be delayed or shipped partially. UPS and FedEx do not ship to Post Office Boxes. To ship to Post Office Boxes inside the United States, please select U S Post Office as your desired shipping method. UPS and FedEx may require a signature upon delivery of your shipment. Our business days are Monday through Friday except for Holidays. Web orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday will be processed on the following business day. All shipping times (one-day, two-day and three-day etc) are based upon business days Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We reserves the right to hold up shipments if they believe it will benefit the buyer. We reserves the right to select the most economical form of shipping based upon the purchaser's preference of timed delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, freight costs, storage, international duties or customs costs or special handling costs associated with all orders and / or returns.
Currency
All prices are in US dollars.
Shipping Damage
Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. Check all shipments before you sign for them. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must note that fact on your receipt/bill of lading and have the driver acknowledge with their signature. The Customer must report shipping damage to the carrier and to us within ten days of receipt of goods. The Customer is responsible for initiating all freight claims with the carrier. Claims for shipping damage or damaged merchandise will be issued only after all issues are settled with the carrier.
Labor & Installers warranties
We will not refund any labor costs incurred by the buyer or the installer of the products purchased at our Website, Facilities and Service Outlets. All installations of items are to be conducted by a certified jaguar machanic. Any returns of faulty items must be accompanied with an affadavid of installation attempt and failure which isolates the cause of part failing in accordance with proper procedures as outlined by jaguar and all appropriate certification numbers of installation facility and installers. Failure to provide all required information may void any and all warranties.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from other sources, We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for merchandise listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. We also has the right to retract any sold items purchased if the title or description is mis-understood. Items being sold may be in a picture with other items which may not be for sale. The description should clarify this, however, if you have any questions, please ask prior to purchasing the item to avoid any misunderstandings.
